Open the “Virtual Contact. Center - Administrator” program

Note: it is an old school Windows-like app

Create a user account

• First Name: Lace

• Last Name: Lace

• Email Address: dev+<COMPANY_NAME>cc@lace.ai

• e.g.: dev+acmecc@lace.ai for a company named Acme; the ‘cc’ suffix stands for Call Center

• User Name: Lace<COMPANY_NAME>User

• e.g.: LaceAcmeUser for a company named Acme

• Password: <whatever the admin provides>

Add Supervisor role for the newly created user for Lace

Send the Lace user credentials to support@lace.ai
