  1. Navigate to the Dialpad Admin Settings screen

  2. Navigate to My Company

  3. Select Authentication

  4. Select API Keys

  5. Select Add key

  6. Enter Lace for API key's name;

    1. leave the expiry date as ‘Never’

  7. Select the following Additional Scopes:

    1. Recordings export

    2. List Calls

  8. Select Save

    • Copy the code to your clipboard
